This is a polygon feature class representing parcel and tax roll data for Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson Counties for 2008. There are fields representing whether the land was classified as vacant for 2005 and 2008 according to the CAPCOG land fragmentation analysis; parcel and tax roll information; and additional notes on water, road, and percent improvements within each parcel.
Will serve as an update to the existing parcel data and 2005 Vacant Land Inventory.
CAPCOG collected the parcel data from multiple sources. The underlying parcel data may be inconsistent and/or spatially inaccurate. Spatially adjusting parcel boundaries is beyond the scope of this project.
